Servicing & adjustments
Labeller height adjustment
For general use, the labeller height is normally set in one position. If a change in product / label position is
required, the labeller can be manually lifted to a higher or lower position
Unclip the black labeller conduit
from its mounts on the rear of the
labeller post
Important note:
Before loosening the upper &
lower clamps on the labeller
post, ensure the travel stop
clamp is secure and tight.
If moving labeller higher, the
clamps will move away from
the travel stop.
If moving labeller lower, first
check clamps are tight then
loosen travel stop and move
down to the desired position

Travel stop
Under the labeller, between the labeller and side frame,
loosen the screw in the support plate
Moving labeller down (observe important note
above)
Loosen travel stop and lower it to the desired position,
retighten clamp
Loosen the upper and lower clamps and gently lower the
labeller to the travel stop, re
-
tighten upper and lower
clamps
Re
-
tighten frame support screw
Refit conduit to mounts
