Calibrate zero & span
Use this function to calibrate the scale.
Note: before starting this process, ensure the span weight value is known and suitable calibrated weights
are available. Ensure the scale capacity options are set correctly
To calibrate the machine, touch the calibrate zero & span button and follow the onscreen instructions.
Wait for the on - screen instruction to:
•
Clear scale, (ensure scale is completely clean with nothing resting on it)
•
Load span weight, (place the pre - determined calibration weight on the scale)
•
Span complete. (this will take a few moments to appear, lift weights off scale, press OK,)
•
Once this has been done, the calibration is complete.
When exiting the scale mode the settings are saved.
On exiting the scale settings the ADC security switch will need to be re - set back to ON.
