Option part - Barcode scanner (Keyence)
If the Keyence type barcode scanner (BL - 1300) is fitted to the HI - HS , the following details the DIGI
Console software setup and Scanner set.
The setting of the trigger sensor for the scanner is done in the normal way for the Wenglor type sensors,
refer to this service section (4) for Wenglor setup details. The Wenglor teach wire connection can be found
in the Scanner electrical box at the rear of the machine.
Console software settings
Service menu / internal/external devices - Control
Serial port settings:
Serial port - this must match the Port used on the PC main board for the scanner connection.
Ensure Baud rate, Parity, Number of data bits & Number of stop bits are set to the values as shown above.
Start parameters:
