Signature labeller - air cylinder position on head assembly
With the thermal head in its locked down position there should be a small gap (approx. 1mm) between the
cylinder rod end cap and the head adjustment block

With the thermal head in its locked down position,
loosen the large nut at the top of the air cylinder
Screw the air cylinder down until it just touches the
head adjustment block then back off cylinder 1/2
turn to leave a small gap between rod end cap &
head adjustment block
With the air cylinder adjusted correctly, if the ther-
mal head is lifted as shown below there should be
a small amount (approx. 1mm) of movement up-
wards until it touches the rod end cap
