Base labeller belt applicator

 

The belt applicator in the base labeller has four transport belts which are rotated by a small DC motor within 
the assembly of the applicator.

 

 

The suction of air to hold the label onto the belts is made by four 24v DC fans within the assembly of the 
applicator.

 

To carry out any maintenance on the belt applicator assembly, the complete assembly needs to be         
removed from the machine.

 

To remove the belt applicator assembly from the        
machine, unplug the round black connector (motor        
cable) and the smaller black connector with blue band 
from electrical box in the base labeller cabinet.
