Electrical cabinet - ADC unit
If an ADC unit is needed to be replaced, any metrological data (i.e. – capacity details, calibration, and
sub - span data) will all need to be re - entered, (also see following page showing where data is stored).
To remove the ADC:
•
Un - clip load cell connection
•
Un - plug power supply connection at psu
•
Un - plug 9 way D ’ type connector plugged into main board (LV - 67 - P main board)
•
Un - plug 3 way Molex plug from main wiring loom
Un - screw the 4 mounting screws and remove ADC unit form machine
Replace with new unit and plug in the same 4 connections as above.
When the weighing machine is re - started, a ‘ Checksum mismatch ’ error is likely to appear.
Refer to page 4 - 39 for instructions on this error.
