Conveyor belt replacement

The conveyor belts can be replaced by
first releasing the tension created by the
adjustments at the idler roller

Using a ball end hex key, place in
slot in the side of the conveyor at
the idler roller end.

Unscrew the hex head screw to
move the idler roller back and
releasing tension on the conveyor
belt

Slide the conveyor belts off the
conveyor deck.

Once belts are removed, be
careful to protect idler roller from
falling out of assembly
