Re - assembly of conveyor - continued - setting drive roller height to
deck
When the drive roller bracket (s) have been removed
to allow removal of the drive roller, these brackets
must be set back in the correct place to ensure the
height of the roller in relation to the deck is correct.
With the screws holding the drive roller brackets are
not fully tight, the position of the roller can be moved
up/down in relation to the deck

A useful way to obtain the correct level of roller and
conveyor deck is to place the deck top down on a flat
surface that covers only the deck width / roller width
and ensure the roller and deck both touch the flat surface
Once the roller is level with the deck,
tighten the screws
