Improper use
The machine has been designed to convey, weigh and label packs, which are within the size and weight
limits detailed in the Specifications. Using the machine for any other purpose may cause damage to the
machine and/or injury to the user or other persons.
Safety–Emergency stop
The HI
-
700HS is fitted with an emergency stop switch on the main control box and the labeller power box
When the machine is running, a sharp push on the button head will stop the conveyors.
NOTE: only the conveyor belts will be stopped in this operation, the PC / software will remain on and
accumulated information will not be lost.
When the emergency has been rectified, and the machine is safe to switch on again, the emergency stop
button can be released to the "running" position by pulling it back out again.
The conveyors can then be restarted by pressing the green "START" button.
Mechanical safety
The machine must be operated only when placed on a flat, level and solid floor. Adjust the feet so that the
machine is level and ensure that the locknut of each foot is fully tightened. Failure to comply with these
points may result in the machine falling over onto an operator.
All guards, covers and panels supplied with the machine must be fitted/closed whenever the machine is in
use.
