HS blow applicator setup
When the HS blow applicator is fitted to the Signature labeller it is important to set the position of the
applicator and its blanking plates to ensure the best operation of the applicator
Tip - Getting a label on the applicator receiver
To help setup and view the label position on the receiver plate, fold over one corner of the label, therefore
have a non sticky corner.
Place the label on the receiver using the folded corner to obtain correct alignment.
The following setup procedures are
carried out with the machine / labeller
switched on. The conveyors are not
running and therefore not running pack
through the machine.
Use the application test feature (see
page 4
- 97 & 4 - 98) to view continuous
label application.
If carrying out a normal label feed,
ensure the relevant labeller
settings, label format and fitted
labels are all correctly set to
ensure the label stops in the
correct place in the labeller
