Fitting catch plates
Use M4x12 pozi screws
(x2) to secure catch plate
to conveyor deck.
Use Loctite 243 on screw
threads
Bearing blocks & joining plate assemblies
If fitting new bearings into the bearing blocks or
joining plate use Loctite 641 between bearing
and block / plate.
Idler roller plate - correct orientation
Slight adjustment / position of the plate may be required on assembly
with the roller in place, therefore this assembly may left loose until
correct alignment is established.
Follow the same setting procedure for roller height as other conveyor
assemblies (see pages 4
- 12 & 4 - 13)
Note the small cut
out in the block to
indicate the
orientation the
block must be
placed.
