Option part - outfeed sensor for label application position
The following information is based on DIGI Work instruction WI - 450.1
This sensor is fitted to provide accurate label
position as the pack triggers the sensor closer to
the application point.
The machine uses a single extra sensor for all
labellers on a lab station. Possible combinations
are
Top, Bottom, Top and Bottom, Twin top and
bottom.
The sensor is connected to the labeller board at PL5
Signal wire (black) to pin 5
+24v red wire to pin 6
In the labeller station power
cabinet, the cable is
connected at:
Black = signal to 7
Red = +24v to 8
Worldview software setup
1. Navigate to the labeller service screen for the labeller being setup. In this case labeller 1.
Select the labeller setup
