Purpose:
Read/Enter power system Frequency
Syntax:
SG-FREQ[={freq(HZ)}]
Example:
SG-FREQ=60 or SG-FREQ=50

Purpose:
Read/Program Output Hold operation
Syntax:
SG-HOLD[n][={1/0 hold ena}] where 1=TRUE, 0=FALSE
