Activates the scenario "1 Cell - Fading - 1 RF Out" with internal fading, selects the RF
input (RX) and output (TX) path (RF connectors and RX/TX modules) and the I/Q
board to be used for fading.

only a subset of the described parameter values is allowed. The *RST values and the
mapping of virtual connector names to physical connectors also depend on the active
