To match the scan fields perform the following
steps:
•
Use the specific slide provided and focus onto
the grid structure.
•
Start the ScanfieldTransform Macro.
•
Chose a scanner by ticking the corresponding
check box.
•
Tick the checkbox for the Test grid.
•
Set up a track for reflection imaging with the
scanner chosen in the Macro.
•
Start a continuous scan and position the center of the grid in the center of the image window.
•
If necessary refocus onto the test slide. The projection of the Test grid into the image can be selected
and deselected while scanning.
•
Position the test slide such that the center point position matches the center point position of the Test
grid projection.
•
Use the sliders for Offset, Amplitude and Rotation to adjust the scanned image to the projected Test
grid.
