Proceed as follows to perform a macro:
•
Select the required macro from the
Macros
list box of the
Recording
panel.
•
Click on the
Run
button to start performing the macro.
Provided that a macro is linked to a button in the
Macro
subordinate toolbar, you only need to
click on this button to perform the macro.
Proceed as follows to delete a macro:
•
Select the required macro from the
Macros
list box of the
Recording
panel.
•
Click on the
Delete
button. The macro will be removed from the list.
Proceed as follows to edit a macro:
•
Select the required macro from the
Macros
list box of the
Recording
panel.
•
Click on the
Edit
button. The Microsoft Visual Basic editing window will be opened.
•
Make the required changes (also see the notes on page 4-179).

Assign Macro to Button Function
This function permits stored macros to be linked
with one button each in the
Macro
subordinate
toolbar.
•
Press the
Assign Macro to Button
button to
switch to the
Define Buttons
panel.
Define Buttons panel
Proceed as follows to link a macro to a button of
the
Macro
subordinate toolbar:
•
Select the button number from the
Button
selection box.
•
Enter the button labelling in the
Text
editing
box.
•
Select the name of the project file from the
Project
box using the
...
button
•
Select the macro name from the
Macros
box.
•
Press the
Apply
button to assign the relevant
macro to the specified button in the
Macro
toolbar.
