Time Series of a Frame over Z Stack
•
First, set all parameters required for recording a Z Stack in the
Scan Control
window.
•
Then set the parameters required for recording the time series in the
Time Series Control
window
(identical procedure as for the time series of a frame).
•
Start the time series by clicking on
Start T
.

Complete stacks are now recorded at the defined time intervals. The result is displayed in the form
of the combined
Image Display
window of the stack and time series (4D).
The additional
Z
,
Time
and
Z + Time
buttons are available in the
Gallery
toolbar of the
Image Display
window.
When you click on the
Z
button, the individual frames of the Z Stack are displayed for the selected Time
Slice. When you click on the
Time
button, the individual frames of the time series are displayed for the
selected Z Slice.
