27.1 General Description
The ML62Q1000 series has the LCD driver that displays the contents of display register onto a LCD panel.

Frame frequency selectable (approx. 32Hz, 38 Hz, 64 Hz, 75 Hz, 128 Hz or 150 Hz)

LCD drive voltage generation method selectable (internal boosting/external supply capacitive dividing/internal
application dividing/external supply)

LCD stop, LCD display, all on and all off modes selectable
•
LCD reverse available
•
LED display control available (external MOS transistors are requried for driving)
•
Contrast adjustment: Adjusted in 32 levels (only in the internal boosting mode)
•
Dual display RAM is available in 1/1 - 1/4 duty mode, switchable automatically or by specifying SFR.
LCD blinking available (by using dual display RAMs in 1/1 - 1/4 duty mode only)
