Figure 6-7 describes operation waveforms in the backup mode after the start of the low-speed crystal clock.
Following the start of the low-speed crystal, the state on the LSI transfers to the backup mode if the crystal oscillation
clock stops for approximately 8 ms. Then, the clock backup interrupt (CBUINT) occurs when the crystal oscillation stops
and when the crystal oscillation resumes.
