ADJUSTMENT

Tolerance
)
:
This sets the
maximum deviation within the
PASS/FAIL
tolerance which indicates that the Device
Under Test (DUT) is close to out of
specification limits.
Hence the
ADJUSTMENT
tolerance value
must be less than the
PASS/FAIL
tolerance
value to be captured. If an
ADJUSTMENT
tolerance is not required, the adjustment
tolerance value can be equal to the
PASS/FAIL
tolerance.
The default value is 0.07% (based on%
FS).

Use this screen to set the way the
maximum deviation is calculated. The four
options for this calculation are given by the
graph in the next row.
