Clean Flow Cell and Cups
Clean the flow cell and cups as follows:
CC Probe Cleaning
Cleaning of the CC Sample Probe, Reagent Probes, and Mixers should be performed
weekly. Regular cleaning will prevent sample, reagent, or system and hardware errors.
Erratic chemistry errors such as drift and noise, or chemistry performance issues such
as imprecision can be avoided when the regular cleaning schedule is followed. This
semi-automated procedure requires a sample rack containing diluted Clenz Solution
programmed for 15 replicates of CCWA, and Saline programmed for 10 replicates of
CCWA.
Note: The Serum Index option SHOULD be disabled in order to proceed with the
cleaning procedure.
Material Required:
• Diluted Clenz Solution freshly prepared by adding 2 drops of Clenz Solution
P/N 664090 to an empty 2 mL sample cup. Fill to 1 mL line with saline and mix.
• 0.9% Saline.
• CCWA cartridge (P/N 657133)
