configure snmp-server host 192.168.100.199 informs version v3 filter pktcESTapMediationTimedOut

To set the source interface (which also defines the source IP address) for the SNMPv3 inform messages, enter one of
the following command as applicable to your system:
configure snmp-server source-interface cable-mac <mac>[.<subif>]
configure snmp-server source-interface ethernet <slot>/<port>[.<subif>]
configure snmp-server source-interface loopback <num>
An example of setting the source interface using the loopback parameter:
configure snmp-server source-interface loopback 1
Note: The default for source-interface is loopback 0.
Configure Intercept Source Interface
Configuring the intercept source interface specifies the source IPv4 address used by the in the intercept stream packets to
the MD. The packets use normal IP routing to determine the interface to use.
To Configure Intercept Source Interface
To configure the intercept source interface from the < to the MD, enter one of the following commands as applicable:
configure cable intercept source-interface cable-mac <<mac>[.<subif>]|loopback <int>
configure cable intercept source-interface ethernet <slot>/<port>[.<subif>]
configure cable intercept source-interface loopback <num>
An example of configuring the intercept source interface using the loopback option:
configure cable intercept source-interface loopback 0
To Configure an NTP Timestamp in the Header (Optional)
To configure the 64-bit Network Time Protocol (NTP) timestamp mode, enter:
configure cable intercept laes timestamp md <md_ip_address>
This command should be used for each Mediation Device requiring this format. It also causes the 64-bit NTP timestamp to
be included following the contentID in the tap stream packets from the to the MD.
