Displaying Current Privilege Levels
To display the current privilege level you can access based on the password you used, use the following command in User
EXEC Mode:
show privilege
The system will respond with your current privilege level.
Logging In at a Specific Privilege Level
To log into the CMTS at a specific privilege level, use the following command:
enable X
Where X is number of the privilege level, e.g. 1-15
To exit a specified privilege level, use the following command:
disable X
Where X is number of the privilege level, e.g. 1-15
Changing Logging Notification Priority Levels
Whenever a command is executed, the default notification priority assigned to that command access level is used to
generate a log indicating the execution of that CLI command. Following is a table of the default logging levels for CLI
