Transport of TLC 1005 basic machine
The transport unit of the basic machine comprises the machine
body with laser and laser console
14
, extension arm, beam
guideway, instrument panel, suction channel and safety cabin parts
as well as rotational axis (optional) and back stop (optional).
Raised machine bodies must be separated from the base before
being moved for transport; Machine body and base are moved
separately.
½
To ensure that machine is balanced safely, move the
components of the machine body into the following positions:
–
For working ranges of 1250 mm, 2000 mm, and 3000 mm:
extension arm should be centered between the swivel
bearers, back stop points 1 and 2.
–
For a working range of 4000 mm: extension arm must be
positioned at X=0.
–
Move Y slide into position Y=0.
–
Move Z slide into position Z=0.
–
Position round stop and back stop (optional) approx.
1000 mm from the right-hand stopping point.
–
Mount transport securing devices on the laser and
extension arm.
Do not set machine body onto the ground. The distance between
the lower part of the machine body and the ground must be at least
100 mm to make it possible to use hydraulic hoisting jacks if
needed.
Note
The chains on the cross beam can be positioned within a
predefined range of movement. Chains must be adjusted
according to the length of the machine body so that they always
hang symmetrically.
1.
Attach the cross beam to the swivel bearers, positions 1 and 2
(4x), figure 32509 on the machine body in such a way that the
chains hang vertically and are arranged symmetrically.
2.
Unload the basic machine from the truck using the crane truck.
14
Not included with large-series laser or machines with YAG laser.
