Cancelling E-STOP after detecting a
collision (optional for the cutting head)

If there is a collision in the workspace involving the cutting head,
the predetermined breaking screws used to attach the cutting head
to the flange of the B/C gearbox will be sheared off (this constitutes
the predetermined breaking point). A proximity switch detects that
the optics have been "discarded" and UDP OFF is triggered as a
consequence.

Unlock the E-STOP impact button.

Select Operation >Set-up >JOG mode.

Move the axes away from the point of collision using the jog buttons.

E-STOP is cancelled. The cutting head must be fastened with new
predetermined breaking screws.

Prerequisite

The module is installed in the switch cabinet.

applied to the machine.
