6. Transport
The customer must make the necessary arrangements to move
the machinery from the truck to its final installation site.
The transport route to the machine’s installation site must be
clarified in good time prior to the machine’s delivery. Especially
gates, header heights, cable rack heights, ground conditions for
armored rollers, etc. need to be checked
The conditions for transporting the equipment are contained in the
transport regulations.

Cross beam (on loan), carrying capacity 12 t or 15 t.
•
Crane truck, min. carrying capacity 12 t.
•
Chains and transport belts.
•
Four M12 eyebolts.
•
Fork lift truck, min. carrying capacity 2.5 t.
•
Gantry crane, carrying capacity 12 t or armored rollers
(1 steerable, 2 fixed).

Hydraulic hoisting jack:
–
TLC 1000: 3 jacks with a carrying capacity of at least 5 t
(attachment height

50 mm).

TLC 1005: 4 jacks with a carrying capacity of at least 8 t
(attachment height
≤
50 mm).
•
Hoisting iron (1 m) and extension.
•
2 double ladders, each 4 m high.
•
Lift truck.
TLC 1005: The basic machine is delivered with a cross beam (on
loan) to facilitate transport. The cross beam and the swivel bearers
that are installed in the machine body must be returned to
TRUMPF after system installation and start-up.
TLC 1005 with raised machine body: It is essential that a crane
is available at the installation site during the installation of
machines with a base or two station operation, in order to set the
machine body on the base.
TLC 1000: The basic machine is delivered fully assembled (with
guide carrier, Z slide, and laser) with a transport frame.
