3-D programming
ToPs 800 is the programming system for 3-D laser machining
developed by TRUMPF. ToPs 800 is process-oriented and thus
clearly structured. It helps prepare 3-D data and create NC
programs.
The programming of 3-D contours is carried out using the Teach
panel (programming handheld device) of the Siemens SINUMERIK
840D control system.
Teach panel
The teach panel is an independent device with a complete set of
operating elements. It is connected control panel and used for
teach-in programming only. All the actions required for teaching
can be carried out from the teach panel.
TRUMPF has extended the unit’s basic functionalities, such as e.g.
entering technologies, programming standard geometries, as well
as carrying out auxiliary functions.
