10.3 MDC Displaying and editing machine
data
You can have all recorded interruptions of the machine runtime
displayed and issued as a file in the "Edit machine data" function
area. Beyond this, you can assign a cause (MDC message text) to
each interruption here, as well as subdivide the interruptions into
periods of time.
You can access the "Edit machine data" function area via the

Data menu item from the menu bar of the
user interface.

You can see a list in the mask of all the messages of the machine
control system (PLC message) recorded within a period of time
defined by the user. The following information is displayed for each
message:
Displaying and editing
machine data
•
Date: the date and exact time of the message.
•
Seq: If there are two or more messages with the same date,
the order in which they were registered is displayed.
•
Status: Only two machine statuses are registered:
-
Stationary: The machine has stopped for some reason.
-
Running: The machine has been put back into operation.
•
Interrupt: the number of the message text. The "Stationary"
message of the machine control system has been assigned, as
a default, the number 207.
•
Info: the MDC message text.
