4.3 Electrical
installation
The configuration of the switch cabinets and maintenance points
has been arranged to guarantee good accessibility. The electrical
installation of the machine is carried out using ASI boxes.
The arrangement of the electrical components is depicted in
general drawings in the circuit diagram of TLC 1005 to help the
plant electrician understand the circuit diagram and for the exact
identification of electrical components when consulting the
technical customer service.
Safety interface (optional)
The safety interface is a functional extension of the integrated
interface control system (also referred to as PLC).
With the safety interface:
•
Additional E-STOP switches can be linked up to the E-STOP
circuit of the machine.
•
Customized components can be linked up to the feed hold
circuit of the machine.
•
The corresponding messages and error messages can be
shown on the user interface.
The safety interface is programmed modularly within the software
and configured and activated by means of application data from
TRUMPF.
The safety interface is wired with a 40 pole HAN-DD plug:
M+100-X51.
