Note
The electrically driven safety doors with the MxP101 drive system
from Landert are equipped with a microprocessor-controlled drive.
This means the travel data (start and end position) and the speed
profile are saved internally for each movement in order for the
sequence of motions to be continuously optimized in a dynamic
way.
Referencing
(calibration run)
The electrically driven loading doors must be referenced. The
distance between the two final positions is measured during the
referencing run. The referencing run is necessary:
•
After the MAIN SWITCH has been switched on.
•
After a power failure.
•
After a software RESET of the door drives themselves (not
after a machine RESET).
•
After triggering the fuses for the safety door drive in the switch
cabinet.
Prerequisite
•
The machine is ready for operation. The MACHINE button
flashes.
