Control elements on the start post of the pallet changer

The pallets can be moved manually into loading position (button 3)
or into work position (button 4). The pallet keeps moving as long as
the button is pressed down. This kind of operation is referred to as
dead man mode. The pallet stops automatically when it reaches the
final position. The pallets travel in work position towards a fixed
stop. They are not indexed in work position.

of persons being struck or crushed in the area of the travelling
tables

Before pressing a button to set a machine table in motion, the
operator must ensure that no persons are within the travel
range of the pallet.
