Digital user interface (optional)
The digital user interface is a module with 16 digital inputs and
16 digital outputs. The inputs and outputs can be set and called up
directly in the NC program.
With the digital user various process components can be directly
addressed and activated by the NC program interface, for example
supply devices, customer devices or other automation com-
ponents.
For the digital user interface two 24 pole HAN-E plugs are installed
in the switch cabinet of the machine:
•
Input:
=
M+30-X10.
•
Output:
=
M+30-X11.
The plugs must be wired and programmed by the user according to
the application.
Note
Programming and connector assignment: see Programming guide
TLC 1000, TLC 1005, TLC 6005.

Suction
There is a suction system under the support slats of the support
table which consists of several suction chambers. The suction
chambers are connected to the suction channel on the machine
body. Each suction chamber is sequentially opened or closed by a
pneumatically activated flap on the machine body.
During processing the only flap that is open is the one on the
suction chamber over which the processing optics is at that
moment located. The suction power is thus concentrated on just
one chamber, guaranteeing optimal suction of the fumes and
floating particles.
Note
Customer jigs and fixtures should be open from underneath, so
that fumes and floating particles can be easily vacuumed from the
support table.
