MDA submode
The machine can only operate in the SETUP activity field when in
MDA submode (selectable from the menu bar). This submode is
indicated by the "MDA" symbol in the status bar of the user
interface.

JOG submode
The machine is in JOG submode if the requirements for AUTO or
MDA submode have not been met. This means that the machine
can indicate it is in JOG mode in all activity fields. In JOG mode, it

Control system activity fields
The six activity fields of the control system can be selected with the
six buttons to the right of the screen or via the menu bar of the user
interface. The activities can be divided into three groups:

Parts programs can be created and executed block-by-block in
MDA submode (Manual D
ata A
utomatic). In addition, you can enter
the desired movements into the control system specifically in the
form of individual NC program blocks using the keyboard. The
entered program blocks are executed after pressing the "Start"
softkey.
Prerequisites
The same basic prerequisites must be fulfilled for MDA mode as for
AUTOMATIC mode.
Definition
The JOG mode is intended for setting up the machine and moving
the NC axes.
