The working area is separated by a lift partition panel for laser
machines which are equipped with two-station operation (optional).
During the time that processing is active in one of the stations, the
workpiece can be loaded or teached in the other one. The region
above the lift partition panel is assigned to Laser Class 4.
Danger
Danger possible from laser machining!
Severe skin burns and eye injuries may occur. Severe
impairment of sight up to complete blindness can result.

Do not look over the lift partition panel.

Do not climb up onto support tables or other objects in the
working area.

Check the functioning of the lift partition panel on a daily
basis.
•
The user and those persons authorized by the user may only
operate the machine if it is in perfect condition.
•
The user must set up the machine in accordance with the
installation plan and the installation conditions.
•
The user must ensure that the workplace at the machine is
clean and tidy by issuing instructions to that effect and carrying
out checks.
•
The user must ensure that sufficient fresh air is supplied to the
work rooms.
•
The operator must immediately report to the user any changes
made to the machine (including the operating procedure)
which impair safety. In addition, the machine should be
checked for visible defects and damage at least once per shift.
•
The operator must press E-STOP immediately if a viewing
window breaks while the laser is in operation. Processing
cannot be continued until the window is properly replaced.
