Optional: Driving pallet changers

The machine can be equipped with a pallet changer. The tables
can be moved either manually using switch elements or
automatically by means of the machining program. Different
versions of the pallet changer can be installed at and applied to the
machine.

Only the customized versions has been applied to the user
interface. The switch elements of the components which have not
been applied are in light gray in the "Left pallet changer" and "Right
pallet changer" switch elements groups, but are disabled.
