Description
This command is used to configure the traffic scheduling mechanism for each CoS
queue.
Format
config scheduling {ports [<portlist> | all]} <class_id 0-7> [strict | weight <value 1-127>]

Specifies that all the ports will be used.
<class_id 0-7>
Specifies the 8 hardware priority queues that the config scheduling command will apply
to. The eight hardware priority queues are identified by a number from 0 to 7 with the 0
queue being the lowest priority.
strict
Specifies that the queue will operate in strict mode.
