38.MAC Notification Commands
These commands are used to send a notification to the management server using
a SNMP trap when a new entry is registered in the MAC address table of this
Switching Hub. It detects access to the network from unauthorized devices.

Description
This command is used to enable the trap notification for new learned MAC addresses
on the Switch.
