QoS (Quality of Service) is a function to allocate the optimum
bandwidth according to the communication purpose to secure
response time and throughput required for each communication.
It performs communication priority control based on the priority tag
(priority information) added to the header of a receive packet.
It also allows to restrict bandwidth according to the priority tag for
each port.
