29.12. config dhcp_snoop max_entry
 Description
This command is used to specify the maximum number of entries that can be learned
by a specified port. By default, the maximum number of port entries is unlimited. This
command specifies the maximum number of entries that can be learned by the
specified ports.

Format
config dhcp_snoop max_entry ports [<portlist> | all] limit [<value 1-n> | no_limit]

Parameters

Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.

Example
To set the maximum number of DHCP snooping entries that can be learned on ports
1?3 to 10:
portlist Specify the list of ports that needs a restriction on the maximum number of DHCP
snooping address binding entries that can be learned.
all
Indicates that all the ports on the Switch will be used.
limit
<value 1-n>
Specify the maximum number.
no_limit
Specify that the maximum number of learned entries is unlimited.
Zxxx0:admin# config dhcp_snoop max_entry ports 1-3 limit 10.
Command: config dhcp_snoop max_entry ports 1-3 limit 10.
Success.
