Over pressure in diffusion. Repackage
load. Restart sterilizer.
Problem/Condition
The diffusion pressure is over 14 Torr.
Action

Remove any plastic-like materials from the load. They may be
out-gassing.

Repackage the load.
F
Restart the sterilizer.
Over pressure in injection. Call ASP
Technical Service.
Problem/Condition
For the second consecutive cycle, the chamber pressure is above 12 Torr
in the injection stage.
Action
F
Replace the cassette.
F
Inspect the injection system
F
Perform a leak back test.
F
If leak back test fails check for leaks.
