Note:
The pneumatic switch is located on the right side of the
system in Block 2 devices. In both systems the switch is
mounted upside- down relative to the instructions
diagram and the adjustment screws are located on the
lower portion of the assembly. As viewed from the front,
the right screw adjusts both the cut-in and cut-out
pressures together. The left screw adjusts the cut-out
pressure only, without affecting the cut-in pressure. See
the pneumatic switch diagram.
2. Adjust the right screw until the pneumatics pump begins operation at
60 ±3 PSI, as indicated by the air pressure gauge located on the
pneumatics panel (clockwise rotation increases the pressure set
point).
3. Adjust the
left
screw until the pneumatics pump stops operation at
80 ±3 PSI, as indicated by the air pressure gage located on the
pneumatics panel (clockwise rotation increases the pressure set
point).
