7. On Block 2 systems, wrap the outside of the feedthrough port with
tape to block off the air holes.
8. From the outside the chamber, install the feedthrough until the tool
touches the chamber feedthrough port. The O-rings hold it in place.
9. Mask the area around the feedthrough port inside the chamber to
prevent the epoxy from spilling on the chamber.
10. Carefully and slowly pour the adhesive into the feedthrough opening.
Be careful not to trap air while pouring. Use a metal probe to break
any trapped air pockets.
