Info on Status
The
Status:
line indicates the current status of the
Definite focus. It comprises the following messages:
−
Device not initialized
(in red): Definite Focus
is switched off or experienced hard- or
firmware problems during initialization.
−
Error
(in red): occurs when the Definite Focus
has no sufficient signal or when there is an
error on the hard- or firmware (Fig. 167).
−
Reflex Finder running
(in blinking green):
whenever the
Find Surface
button was
pressed and the system is actively looking for
the glass reflex.
−
Reflex found
(in green): whenever after
pressing the
Find Surface
button a glass reflex
was found.
−
Reflex not found
(in grey): whenever after
pressing the
Find Surface
button the glass
reflex was not found (due to missing signal).
−
Stabilizing
(in blinking green): whenever the
Periodic
button was pressed for continuous
stabilization
−
Stabilizing
(in green): whenever the
Periodic
button was pressed for interval stabilization.
−
Position stabilized
(in green): whenever the
Recall Focus
button was pressed and the Definite
Focus found a sufficient strong signal to stabilize on.
−
Position not stabilized (in grey)
: whenever the
Recall Focus
button was pressed and the
Definite Focus did not find a sufficient strong signal to stabilize on.
−
Determine position
(in blinking green): whenever the
Recall Focus
button was pressed and the
Definite Focus screens for a sufficient strong signal to stabilize on.
The
- Error -
message will be listed in the Error log display. The Definite Focus device shows in its
display also
Error
followed by a number that can be looked up in the Definite Focus manual.
