The
WF
and
Laser WF
light path tools have
different appearances for different systems.
The camera selection tabs are only available
for ELYRA type LS systems. ELYRA types L,
S and eLS systems without Duolink have
only one camera (
TV1
) channel displayed
without a checkbox. Those with Dualink
have two camera (
TV1
and
TV2
) channels
with a checkbox each displayed. For LS
systems if the checkbox is deactivated, the
TV icon will be greyed out and the
checkbox will disappear. In this case, when
triggering an image acquisition task the
system will give a warning that "No active
tractive track has been selected" and would
not perform an image acquisition. To
activate the camera again, you have to
switch between different imaging modes.
E.g. if you have inactivated the camera in
the
Laser WF
imaging mode, you have to
switch to
WF
imaging mode and than back
to
Laser WF
imaging mode to have the
camera active once more with a displayed
ticked check box.
The TIRF
Angle:#.#
adjustment button is
only available for ELYRA P.1 and PS.1
systems; it is not available for ELYRA S.1
systems.
The
3D-PALM
button is only available in
WF and laser WF modes, if the system is
equipped with a 3D-PALM module.
Mixed modes are not supported. If you
have one track defined in e .g. Laser WF
mode and you select Lattice SIM in another
track, the previous track will be inactivated.
