The molecule table has the following columns:
−
Index
: Assigns a number to each peak / object.
−
First Frame
: Number of frame in which the peak/object appears for the first time.
−
Number Frames
: Number of frames, the peak / object was consecutively detected. For ungrouped
data this will always be 1.
−
Frames Missing
: Number of frames a peak / object was missing. For ungrouped data this will
always be 0.
−
Position X [µm]
: Position in
µ
m of a peak / object in the X direction with the origin at the upper
left corner of the image.
−
Position Y [µm]
: Position in
µ
m of a peak / object in the Y direction with the origin at the upper
left corner of the image.
−
Position Z [µm
]: Position in µm of a peak / object in the Z direction with the origin at the lowest z
plane (for 3D SMLM data sets only)
−
Precision [nm]
: Calculated localization precision of a peak / object in nm in x, y.
−
Precision z [nm]
: Calculated localization precision of a peak / object in nm in z.
−
Number Photons
: Total number of photons of a peak / object.
−
Background variance
: Variance of the number of background photons.
−
Chi square
:
Χ
2
value of the Gauss fit for the localization precision.
−
PSF width [nm]
: Width of the point spread function (PSF) calculated from the Gauss fit in x,y
(displayed for 2D data sets only).
−
Channel
: Designation of the channel by a number.
−
Z Slice
: Indicates the slice of a multi-stack experiment (3D SMLM data sets only).
By pressing the right mouse button into the molecule
Table
, a
context menu becomes available (Fig. 642).
You have two options:
−
Copy table
: data are saved to clipboard or
−
Save table...
: data are saved as text (.txt) file.
If in the
Display
field the
Statistic Plot
button is pressed, it
becomes highlighted (Fig. 639) and a plot will be shown. The type
of the plot can be selected in the
Plot Type
drop down menu
(Fig. 643).
You have the choice between
−
Histogram
: Plot of parameter values versus their frequencies.
−
Scatter Plot
: Plot of parameter values against other
parameter values.
