By pressing the
Drift table
button in the
Display
field the button will be highlighted and the drift table
becomes visible beneath the image that lists the drift correction in nm in x (
Drift X [nm]
) and y (
Drift Y
[nm]
) direction versus the frame number (

By pressing the button again, the table will disappear. The table has different columns:
−
Time
: Identifies the frame by a number.
−
Drift X [nm]
: Drift correction in the x direction in nm.
−
Drift Y [nm]
: Drift correction in the y direction in nm.
−
Drift Z [nm]
: Drift correction in z direction in nm (for 3D SMLM data set only).
By pressing the right mouse button into the
Fiducials Table
or
the
Drift Table
, a context menu becomes available (Fig. 634).
You have two options:
−
Copy table
: data are saved to clipboard or
−
Save table...
: data are saved as text (.txt) file.
The displays of the
Drift Table
and
Drift Diagram
are mutually exclusive. Hence if the drift table
was displayed and the
Drift Diagram
button is pressed, the drift diagram will replace the drift
table and the
Drift Table
button will not be highlighted any more. Vice versa, if the drift diagram
was active and the
Drift Table
button is pressed, the drift diagram will be replaced by the drift
table and the
Drift Diagram
button will not be active any longer.
