Sequential Laser Switching
Whenever at least two tracks are active,
Sequential
laser switching becomes available from the
Switch
track every
drop down menu of the
Imaging Setup
tab (Fig. 82).
Select
Sequence
to enable this mode.
This option is available in the
Switch track
every
drop down menu only in the
Laser WF
imaging mode. It will be sustained when
selecting
Time Series
from the experiment
manager field. However, it will not be available
whenever the
Z-Stack
check-box is active.
Since sequential laser activation is based on
triggering, no mechanical switching of other devices,
like filters, is possible. All mechanical settings for the
first track will be applied to the second track as well
and an
Info
message "
Several settings…
" will
appear (Fig. 83).
Press
Yes
to continue with all tracks being updated to
the configuration of track 1.
Press
No
if you do not want to continue. You can
change after selection of any track these settings
within the selected track. In this case the last changes
will be applied to all other tracks.
You can set the number of frames per switch cycle in
the
Acquisition Mode
tab in the
Sequence Size
input box (Fig. 84).
Type in a number or use the arrows for input. The
input box will only be available, if
Sequence
was
selected in the
Switch track every
drop down menu.
