Detection

Detect continuity in the high pressure switch in the protective device circuit.

Error Decision 
Conditions

While the compressor stops running, there is no continuity in the high pressure switch.
(When the condition above is met for 2 minutes continuously and the operation switch is ON.)

Defective high pressure switch

Broken wire in the harness of high pressure switch

Defective connection of the connector of high pressure switch

Defective compressor

Defective outdoor unit PCB

Broken wire in lead wire

Troubleshooting

Replace the lead wire.

Replace the high pressure 
switch having no continuity in it.
