This error is detected if there is no revolutions detection signal output from the fan motor.

Error Decision

When no revolutions can be detected even at the maximum output voltage to the fan

Caution

Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting connectors, or parts may be damaged.

Are the X4A and 

X27A connectors 

securely connected?

Is the power of 

approx. 12VDC 

supplied between the 

Pins1 and 3 when the 
X27A is disconnected 

and the power supply 

turns ON?

Properly connect the 
connectors.
(At this time, check for any 
defective connector contact or 
broken wires.)

Check the indoor unit fan motor 
and the wiring circuits of the 
motor.

Replace the indoor unit PCB.
