Target evaporating
temperature setting
Compressor upper limit
• When using this unit as a condensing unit, this switch sets the target evaporating temperature in
increments of 5˚C.
(Factory setting: -35˚C)
• This is an upper-limit cut-off applied to the compressor operating frequency. It allows the compressor
to run in low noise mode.
Caution!: Causes performance loss.
(Performance drops by about 25%. Operating noise lowers by about 3 dB.)
Open phase power supply
setting
• This unit can be used indoors or outdoors. This switch should be used particularly for outdoor use for
low refrigerating loads or long stop times.
Typical refrigerating load: 0.7 kW.
Caution!: The open phase power supply setting causes operating noise which may not be desirable for
indoor conditions.
